Terms of Use
By downloading, installing, or using any application, game, tool, or service developed or published by KIDA Studios (collectively, the “App” or “Apps” or “Service”), these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using any of our Apps.
You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of any App. You may not translate any App into other languages or attempt to do so without our prior written consent. All intellectual property rights in the Apps — including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, database rights, and any other rights — remain the exclusive property of KIDA Studios (the “Company”, “we”, or “us”).
We are committed to delivering high-quality, privacy-respecting software. We reserve the right to modify, update, add features to, or discontinue any App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to introduce charges for premium features or new services; any such charges will be clearly disclosed before you are required to pay.
Privacy and Data Collection — We Collect NO DATA
KIDA Studios builds privacy by design into every application. Unless a specific App’s documentation, in-app notices, or settings explicitly state otherwise, our applications collect, transmit, upload, or store ZERO personal data. We do not require user accounts, logins, emails, or any personal information for core functionality. All processing of user content (video, audio, images, files, creative work, etc.) happens locally on your device.
We do not sell, rent, share, or transmit your data or content to any third parties. We do not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or crash-reporting services that identify you or your usage. Your recordings, creations, projects, and files remain yours and stay on your device.
It is your responsibility to keep your device and the App secure. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this bypasses important security protections and may compromise the App or your data.
Limitations of Liability and User Responsibilities
Most KIDA Apps are designed to work fully or primarily offline. However, downloading the App, receiving updates, or using certain optional features may require an internet connection. We are not responsible for any inability to use an App due to lack of connectivity, data limits, network issues, or carrier restrictions. You are responsible for any mobile data or roaming charges incurred.
You are responsible for maintaining sufficient battery and device resources. We accept no liability for inability to use an App due to a drained battery or device limitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIDA Studios, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, revenue, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use any App, any user-generated content, any third-party conduct, or any unauthorized access to your device or content — whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Many of our Apps allow you to create, record, edit, or generate content (video, audio, images, projects, etc.). You are solely and entirely responsible for all content you create or capture using our Apps and for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding recording, privacy, data protection, intellectual property, and public/private space rules. This includes obtaining any required consents from people being recorded or featured. We make no warranty that any App is suitable or legal for a particular purpose or location.
Updates, Termination, and Changes to These Terms
We may release updates, improvements, or new versions of our Apps from time to time. You agree to install updates when offered. We do not guarantee that every App will remain compatible with every device model or every version of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android, or other platforms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any App at any time, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end immediately, and you should uninstall the App(s).
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App, our website (kidastudios.com), or other reasonable means. Your continued use of any App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always available on our website or upon request.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any KIDA App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Google LLC, any hardware or device manufacturer, any third-party platform, or any other entity unless explicitly stated in writing. All third-party trademarks, logos, and intellectual property referenced remain the property of their respective owners. References are for identification or compatibility purposes only.
By downloading, installing, or using any KIDA Studios App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our Apps.
