Is there a Galaxy Attack PC version?
Galaxy Attack is built for iOS and Android. At the time of writing, the developer does not list an official Windows or Mac edition. The main ways people play it on a computer are emulators and, on Apple silicon Macs, some iPhone apps that developers allow to run on Mac.
Option 1: an Android emulator
Emulators run Android apps on Windows. They work, but expect larger downloads, extra ads, and controls mapped awkwardly from touch to mouse. Only download emulators from their official sites.
Option 2: iPhone apps on Apple silicon Macs
On an M-series Mac, the Mac App Store can show iPhone and iPad apps when their developers allow it. Search the Mac App Store; if it is not there, the developer has not enabled it.
Option 3: a native PC space shooter
A game built for a computer uses the mouse and keyboard properly, has no touch-screen compromises, and usually no ads or energy timers.

Captain Star: a native alternative
Captain Star is our top-down space shooter: you pilot a UFO through escalating alien waves, reach the star to clear each wave, and chase a high score. One pointer both moves and aims the ship. It is US$0.99 on the Mac App Store, on Steam for Windows, and on Apple TV and iPad.
It is a different style from Galaxy Attack's vertical scrolling: you fly freely around an open field. What it shares is fast arcade shooting and escalating waves, with no ads, no energy and controls designed for a mouse.
