The question that decides everything: does it cover the whole day?
Full-day heart rate: yes. Ultrahuman’s wording is “flows automatically in the background” from a ring worn 24/7. It does not use the phrase “all-day” for the Apple Health write specifically, so we are not going to put it in Ultrahuman’s mouth — but background, automatic heart-rate sync from a continuous wearable is the strongest official statement any ring maker on this site gives. How to connect Ultrahuman to Apple Health
Ultrahuman documents the connection from the Apple Health side:
- Open the Health app on your iPhone.
- Tap your profile picture (top right).
- Tap Apps, then Ultrahuman.
- Tap Turn All Categories On.
Ultrahuman notes that its HRV baseline takes about three days to build after connecting.
